Compatible Printers
All of our thermal receipt sizes are compatible with popular printers used in POS machines. Widths such as 80mm and 57mm are the standard fit for Epson, Xprinter, Zebra and the like. You just have to decide on the diameter. The wider the diameter is, the more paper for each roll.
Custom Sizes Just For You
We know that every business is unique. That’s why we are offering custom services so you can optimize your printers whatever thermal paper sizes they may require. Both width and diameter of each roll can be modified based on your request. Moreover, the GSM (grams per square meter) or grammage can be be adjusted too from 50gsm to 80gsm.
57×170 mm
Our customer for this custom size uses it for ticketing and machine labeling. The big 170mm diameter allows for a longer refill time for the printer. You too may order the same specifications starting from the standard 70GSM.
76mm x 40mm
The 76x40mm size is perfect for made in the US printers. One example is the Zebra portable bluetooth printer. The 76mm width size allows for a good allowance on the sides to prevent paper jam. We suggest that you order at least 60GSM for this printer to ensure smooth printing flow. A 40mm diameter is just right based on the printer’s specifications.
